Chief Operations Officer
“The sky is the limit, it’s just how high you want to jump” Cesar has always dreamt of starting something out of nothing. His father owned his own business and was always a firm believer in independence and autonomy through determination. Entrepreneurship is Cesar’s way of continuing his father’s legacy; it allows him to build something for his family and have something to leave for his sons to continue. Cesar Covarrubias has been an avid co-ed softball player with his wife Gladis, for the past 4 years. He volunteers to coach basketball in the winter for his oldest son, Ivan. He is committed to his family and his community and strives to create new charities and business partnerships to give back, such as a sporting good donation program called Lil Stars, an Illinois furnace donation program called Feel the Love, and he also volunteers with his family for local charity, Feed My Starving Children.
Gladis has managed her husband’s business from behind the scenes since it started, five years ago. She has since obtained an accounting degree and handles all the ins and outs of daily office administration. When she’s not putting in overtime for the success of the company, she likes to volunteer in her sons’ school and spends the spring coaching her oldest son’s volleyball team. Her family play sports all year round; however, she is most excited when she sees them play football.
