Owner / Operator
“The sky is the limit, it’s just how high you want to jump” I have always dreamt of starting something out of nothing. My father owned his own business and was always a firm believer in independence and autonomy through determination. Entrepreneurship is my way of continuing my father’s legacy; it allows me to build something for my family and have something to leave for my sons to continue. Cesar Covarrubias has been an avid co-ed softball player with his wife Gladis, for the past 3 years. He frequently goes ATV off-roading in his Raptor 660 in the northern Wisconsin Trails when he isn’t fulfilling the duties of raising three young boys. He is committed to his family and his community and strives to create new charities and business endeavors to give back, such as a wheelchair donation program called Wheels Of Hope, an Illinois furnace donation program called Heat Up Illinois, and he also volunteers with his family for local charity, Feed My Starving Children.
CoOwner / Administrator
Gladis Covarrubias has managed her husband’s business from behind the scenes since it started, seven years ago. She has since obtained a business degree and handles all the ins and outs of daily office administration. When she’s not putting in overtime for the success of the company, she raises their three sons, filling the role of “soccer mom” and much more. Her sons play sports all year round, however she is most excited when she sees them play football. She loves being active and plays sports herself, but her favorite thing to do is dance.

Although he has only been with the company for one year, he is a very hard worker and fast learner, and strives to learn everything about running a business as well.
